Methods – Shipping costs

1. Ppick up from our warehouses in VI.PE. Ioannina, from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

2. Shipping with the carrier of our choice with the corresponding fee and the calculation of the shipping costs is done at checkout before completing the order. The cost of transportation is borne by the customer.

Product returns policy

You have the right to request a "refund" and to return the products, strictly within the period of fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the order.

In this case, you are responsible for:

The procedure followed is as follows:

1.For purchases from www.rountas.gr. notify by email at info@rountas.gr or by phone at (+30) 26510 57980 within the above deadline.

2. You will then be sent the special "refund" form which you will fill out.

Necessary conditions for your application to be accepted are that each product to be returned must:

It is in its original excellent condition, undamaged and unused, in its packaging.
It has been received, checked and approved by the company.
It must be accompanied by the original receipt and all other purchase documents.

In the event that the above conditions are met, we are obliged to refund the price you have paid within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return order.

When receiving the product, we recommend that you personally check the delivered product and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

Product Change Policy

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their exchange with another product or products, strictly within the period of thirty (30) days from the day of receipt of the order.

In this case, you are responsible for:

In the event that the changed product is of less value than that of your original order, we will not refund the difference. The monetary difference is credited to the customer's name for future purchases.
